Note the following information about ticket transactions on the 22nd DAA website, including the 22nd DAA’s refund and exchange procedures. In the event that the 22nd DAA encounters issues authenticating your information at any stage of the ticket purchase process, such as during verification, delivery, payment, or any other step, or if the 22nd DAA is unable to verify or authorize your credit card or bank account, your tickets may be canceled. Furthermore, the 22nd DAA reserves the right to refuse to honor any current or future ticket purchases made with the affected credit card or bank account, and the 22nd DAA may also restrict your access to the site.
1. License
Your ticket purchase grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to attend the specified event at the 22nd DAA. This license does not confer any rights beyond admission and is subject to all terms and conditions outlined in this disclosure.
2. General Ticket Policies
- Validity: Tickets must be presented for admission. Each ticket allows for one entry only. The code on each ticket allows redemption of the item described, and it will be scanned for authenticity. Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected.
- Replacement: Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Please keep your tickets secure.
3. Payment Methods
The 22nd DAA accepts major credit and debit cards for payment. All transactions are processed securely. Please ensure that the payment information provided is accurate and complete.
4. No Refunds or Exchanges
By proceeding with a purchase from the 22nd DAA website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.
All ticket sales are final. The 22nd DAA does not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where a concert or event is canceled or postponed. If an event is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. For postponed events, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds for postponed events will only be provided if the new date is unsuitable for you.
The 22nd DAA understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and coordination, the 22nd DAA is unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans
- Travel disruptions
- Inclement weather
- Artist or performer lineup changes
Additionally, no refunds will be given if you pre-purchase tickets and discover you qualify for a discount.
5. Purchase Limits
To ensure fair access, the following limits apply:
- Concerts: Maximum of 8 tickets per transaction and per customer/household.
- Fair Admission: Maximum of 10 tickets per transaction and per customer/household.
- For orders of more than 10 tickets please contact the 22nd DAA Box Office by calling (858) 792-4252 or emailing boxofficeclerk@sdfair.com
This ticket limit is clearly identified on the event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. The 22nd DAA reserves the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets if you exceed the posted limits, including orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
6. Third-Party Purchases
Tickets purchased through the 22nd DAA website are intended for personal use only. The 22nd DAA does not endorse or support ticket purchases from third-party sellers. Tickets obtained from third parties may be invalid or fraudulent and the 22nd DAA cannot guarantee the validity of those tickets or offer support for issues arising from such purchases.
7. Unauthorized Sources
Tickets must be purchased only through 22nd DAA websites or authorized sales channels. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are at the buyer’s risk and may be canceled without notice. The 22nd DAA is not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.
8. Unlawful Resale of Tickets
The resale of tickets for profit or in violation of our policies is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to be resold unlawfully will be canceled, and future sales using the same information will be barred.
9. Billing Information Verification
All information on orders must be valid and subject to verification. Orders are subject to credit card approval and are processed only after the billing address associated with your credit card and other billing information have been verified. Orders that are placed, or attempted to be placed, using an account with any information that is found to be false, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete, or that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder—such as name, address, email address, phone number, IP address, or other account or billing information—are subject to cancelation, at any time. Furthermore, if your order is canceled for any of the foregoing reasons, we may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice. If the 22nd DAA has reason to believe your purchase is fraudulent or otherwise in violation of our terms, it may cancel your order and ban you from future purchases.
10. Pricing Errors
Although the 22nd DAA strives for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, the 22nd DAA reserves the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and either issue a refund or offer tickets at the correct price. Affected customers will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options for resolving the issue.
11. Image Likeness
By attending an event at the 22nd DAA, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event. This medium may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
12. Rejections and Ejections
The 22nd DAA reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person who does not comply with our policies or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in such cases.
13. No Redemption Value
Tickets have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
14. Permissions
By purchasing a ticket, you grant permission to the 22nd DAA and its affiliates to use your personal information for event-related communications, including ticketing, promotions, and updates.
15. Subject to Search
All attendees are subject to search upon entry. Prohibited items, including weapons, and illegal substances may be confiscated. Failure to comply with security measures may result in denial of entry or ejection from the event. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in such cases.
16. Limitation of Liability
The 22nd DAA is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property while attending the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the 22nd DAA, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims arising out of your attendance.
17. Opening Acts
The 22nd DAA does not guarantee the appearance of any specific opening acts or performers on the Grandstand Stage. The lineup is subject to change without notice.
18. Order Confirmation and Processing
Upon completing a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket details. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our boxofficeclerk@sdfair.com.
19. Chargebacks and Other Refund Prohibitions
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions regarding the tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we have a no refund or exchange policy and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card or other method of payment you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancelation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online orders on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist, and from any person who accesses any associated online order or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site. Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of the 22nd DAA, including by its partner, Saffire or Saffire Tix, may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund.”
20. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the 22nd DAA, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at the discretion of the 22nd DAA.
21. Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at the 22nd DAA, but "comfort animals" do not qualify under the ADA guidelines from the Department of Justice and will not be allowed into the event.
