The Exhibition of Photography hosts dozens of engaging and informative demonstrations designed to inspire and educate photographers of all skill levels. These presentations often feature industry professionals and experts sharing their knowledge on various aspects of photography such as lighting techniques, composition and storytelling, editing and post-processing, camera settings, and presentation, and often include interactive Q&A sessions.
These demonstrations complement the exhibition by encouraging learning and experimentation, helping photographers refine their skills while connecting with a community of enthusiasts.
This juried Photography competition bestows the honor of displaying one's print to only about half of all entries, results in an high-quality exhibition as only the highest-scoring photographs are displayed. Exhibitors earn ribbons and premiums for 1st–4th place in each class as well as Best of Show and Special Awards named for storied photographers Magaret Frye and Gene Wild.
