Vendors & Concessionaires

Want to become a vendor or concessionaire at the San Diego County Fair and reach nearly a million visitors? Our application period for new vendors runs from December to March.

Our basic criteria for selecting new vendors for the San Diego County Fair include:

  • Product balance within the Fair
  • Uniqueness and appeal of the product
  • Space availability
  • Ability to set up a professional, attractive display
  • Application presentation
  • Financial responsibility

PLEASE NOTE

While selections are not made on a first-come, first-served basis, we do advise you to return your completed application as soon as possible. The review process is ongoing, and when we find a qualified applicant who meets the above criteria we will look to book that applicant as space allows. The application is for selection consideration only, and is neither a commitment by the applicant or an offer by the 22nd District Agricultural Association to rent space.

It is imperative that you fill out your application completely with all requested supporting documents. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.

SAN DIEGO MAKER MARKETPLACE

Are you a San Diego County artisan or maker with handmade products you'd like to sell? Our consignment-style marketplace is perfect for creators who want to sell their wares but can’t commit to staffing a booth for the Fair’s full 20-day season. We will handle the sales and logistics, so you can focus on what you do best—making incredible handmade goods.

This year, we are proud to offer two unique Marketplace experiences, giving local creators even more opportunities to connect with fairgoers at the San Diego County Fair.
  • Our 5,000 square foot Maker Marketplace in Wyland Hall features textile crafts, apparel, jewelry, home décor and more.
  • Our Farm2U Marketplace highlights farm-based, agriculture-inspired, and farm-sourced products such as preserved foods, dried floral arrangements, milk and oil-based soaps and candles, etc.
