The Fine Print

Got questions? Here is more information about how to enter this exhibit.

The Exhibition of Fine Art is open to all living artists, 18 and older. Artwork must be original and completed within the last two years, and be executed and owned by the entering artist.

The processing fee is $20 per entry. Processing fees are non-refundable.

You may enter up to five entries per class, and enter as many classes as you like.

The Exhibition of Fine Art is a two-tier, juried show. First, you enter a digital image or images of your 2D or 3D artwork. Judges determine which works will advance to Tier 2 judging, which is done on-site.

Yes. If you would like to sell your artwork, indicate the price during the entry registration process. If you do not want to sell, leave the price field blank. Listing a sale price authorizes the Fair to contact you with interested buyers’ contact information. The sales transaction is strictly between the artist and prospective buyers. Additional details about selling your work is in the Entry Information materials.

Yes, there are three contests: Plein Air Painting, Miniature Masterpiece and a new contest, “Pawsome” Dog Portrait. Please see our Contests section for more information.

Kids and teens can enter their individual artwork in Creative Youth. Art teachers can enter students’ work in Best of K-6 Schools (K-6 grade), or in Student Showcase (7th grade through community college).
