Anthony Brown & group therAPy headlines the daylong Gospel Festival, which features gospel choirs and soloists on several stages. Opening this show will be Jekalyn Carr.

A considerable music prodigy, Brown began playing the piano at the very young age of 3 years old. Since then, he has honed his gifts to become an unparalleled talent, music influencer, and gifted songwriter.

His massive single, “Worth” was the Number 1 Gospel single for more than 27 weeks and was the best-selling gospel digital single for weeks.

Brown and his longtime ensemble, group therAPy, have been featured on national platforms including Essence Festival, Bishop T.D. Jakes’ Megafest, the New Orleans Jazz Festival, and more.

Jekalyn Carr burst on the music scene in 2013 at age 15 with the poignant and powerful Billboard Top 5 single, “Greater Is Coming,” which showcased a vocal ability and intensity far beyond her years. She recently was nominated for five Stellar Awards and received a GRAMMY® nomination for “Best Gospel Song/Performance” for her Billboard#1 single “You’re Bigger,” which maintained a Top 5 position on the gospel chart for more than 31 consecutive weeks.

“You’re Bigger” is lifted from Jekalyn’s album “The Life Project,” which debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums chart. Jekalyn is featured in a 2018 movie, “Never Heard,” and has written a book called “You Will Win.”
