School and community robotics teams provide students with life-changing and career-molding opportunities – so come on out and support your favorite team or discover what the buzz is all about. The FIRST® Fairbotics Competition is part of the San Diego County Fair's Student Showcase program.
FIRST® Fairbotics Competition for teams from 4th–12th Grade.
- FIRST® Robotics Competition (FRC) featuring FRC 120 pound robot the size of a person!
- FIRST® Tech Challenge (FTC) with 18 x 18 x 18 robots.
- FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) Challenge - Lego robots!
Robots will be programmed in autonomous, and FRC/FTC will also be driven with remote control.
NOTE: Competitors and authorized volunteers may enter the Fairgrounds before the general public with advance credentials.
